My iPhone 5s will not connect via wi fi to my computer using the hotspot. sometimes , if I plug it in via USB it works but most times the blue"personal hotspot connection" bar just jumps and does nothing else. Anyone , can you help?
If nothing else is working, I would reset the network settings on the iPhone. Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings. Nothing will be erased from the phone, but you will need to re-enter any wifi connection you had set up previously along with re-enter any bluetooth connection you had.
