OS update-now I can't download anything!!

Since the most recent Android operating system update, I haven't been able to download anything into my phone. App updates, documents, anything. Before the update, the only time I could download was on Wi-Fi, which was annoying but no one could figure out why. Now I can't download at all. Please help!!

If you have any warranty whatsoever, I would replace that phone. Sounds like it was malfunctioning before the update and the update my have expounded that issue.

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your device downloading. There are a lot of updates that can come to phones and we understand how important to be able to download them. Do you receive an error message when you try to download? If so, what is the exact message you receive?
