I have had Verizon network extender for more than 2 years, it does work as excepted with iPhone 5 16gb, however i recently add a new line (iPhone 5 64gb), the new phone is not usable at home when dial

I have had Verizon network extender for more than 2 years, it does work as excepted with iPhone 5 16gb, however i recently add a new line (iPhone 5 64gb), the new phone is not usable at home when dial #48 it says under coverage but calls drop after few second, any help please?

Hmm, that's definitely odd! Let's get your phone working as it should be! How many phones are connected to your network extender? Does your phone drop calls everywhere else?

There are only 2 phone, both of them are Verizon, I just tested if I turn of the LTE but still wifi on, then I can use the phone but I tested only once. I also tested if I turn off the extender no more drop call, but these happening to new phone not the older one. Btw both numbers are prepaid all set plan just in case it is important.

Oh no, I am sorry to hear you are dropping calls even with the Network Extender. However, our Network Extender does not work with our prepaid plans or phones. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
