How do I change where my contacts are saved when entered via the phone?

I use multiple e-mail accounts and do not like to sync all those with my phone. I prefer to save my phone contacts on the 'back-up assistant'. My new Droid is saving all of them to my hotmail account instead of the 'phone'. How do I change that?
