I have a 45$ prepaid plan with unlimited text and talk and 1gb of data on my iPhone 4s but it is telling me I have insufficient funds for message delivery? My plan is good until April 4th. Help?!

Like I said, my account clearly states that I have the 45$ unlimited text and talk plan on my phone but I cannot send messages or make any phone calls because it says I have insufficient funds for delivery
