Certain people in my contact list are not receiving my texts, it says sent, but never delivers. this is also happening on my daughter's phone - we both have the Samsung galaxy note 4.
These certain people that are not able to receive you're text messages. Are you including an attachment perhaps a photo when sending to them, or just text only?
