Perhaps they don't know. Even if they did, they are likely bound by a confidentiality agreement to not reveal proprietary information.
LOLLIPOP 5.1 downloaded and installed on several Turbo's 7/1 & 7/2/2015 - so no, it'snot skipping Lollipop.
