I had my brand new one month old Iphone 5s stolen on my birthday!
It seems cheaper, but riskier to buy a phone off of craigslist, ebay, swappa.. but how safe is it?
What is the best way to ensure no risk?
jade645,So sorry to hear your phone was stolen on your birthday! Hope it was a good birthday anyway. The safest route to go in replacing your phone is by using insurance http://bit.ly/07CrqPK or, if you do not have insurance, using our CPO option http://vz.to/16vfYHl . You know the phones are clean and have been tested to ensure they work. If you choose to purchase from a third party provider make sure you check the return and exchange policies.
