Yesterday my internet service was down all day. I could send and receive texts, but couldn't use the web with Verizon. I checked my settings, Cellular Data and LTE are both enabled. I don't understand why I can't use cellular to go on the web.
Did you restart your device?
Help is right here, front and center kalan7798. Like MiiHere suggested, have you rebooted your iPhone 5s. If so then try a sim card pull, re-insert, and retest. Also, please reply with your zip code, signal strength, iOS, and carrier version on the device so we can investigate.
