Giving my old iPhone 5 to replace a friends cracked iPhone 4

Hi, I'm giving my old iPhone 5 to a friend who cracked her iPhone 4. I used iTunes to get all her iPhone 4's content onto the iPhone 5, but the 5 still lists my number as the cellular number. How do I switch it to her number? Do I need to change the SIM card? Thanks.

Yes she will need a new SIM card. Have her contact VZW to get one.
