No internet connection, even with wifi enabled. Restarted phone 3 times as well, still no luck. Any ideas?
Probably thought of this but, is your modem connected to the internet so that your router will send data to your phone? I know that being connected to the router doesn't always mean connected to the internet.
I have wifi as backup, should have cellular data still UGH! 2 other phones on same plan still are able to access internet.
Is the phone new?
