Are you connected to your Wi-Fi? What happens when you try to update your games?
IF you have apps that won't update either:
they were purchased under a different Apple ID, which is required to update.
or
Your phone has not been updated, or can't update to the current iOS, which means apps cant update, but may notify you they need updating.
Yes I'm connected to the wifi. And it comes needing verification

Is it yours ? Or a family members?
Its mine. And i have put in the password, but I'm a month behind on payments, but that didn't matter before I was still able to update in wifi
