How do I get my phone out of voice mail mode as I can't receive ANY phone calls without it going to voice mail?
Never fear! Help is here! The first thing that you should try is dialing *73 and pressing send like you are making a call. You will hear 3 beeps and the call will disconnect. Try making a test call to you phone number from a different phone and if your device rings and you can answer it you are golden.
