I want to download some photos from my phone to my computer but I cannot find the screen that lets me choose what happens when the USB cable is connected.
Look under your main settings screen for PC Connectivity/USB Connection or the notification bar pull down after plugging in...should ask you to use as mass storage or charge only or MTP, something similar.
BTW, the phone is a Droid Maxx.
