I sent my iPhone back in the mail two weeks ago when I was supposed to. I just recieved an email saying Verizon didn't receive it. And I'm going to be charged. I followed instructions. It was possibly stolen. What do I do??
Do you have shipping receipt ? Fed Ex or UPS can do a quick track for you and so can USPS but somewhat slower. This will tell you if and where the package was delivered. Also did you have the item covered with shipping insurance?
