My 2 year old neice got ahold of my moms iPhone 5c and now her phone is locked. She has been on the phone with Verizon trying to re activate the phone all day. The problem is with signing onto iTunes. She put the email and current password in and it keeps telling her the password is wrong. They even tried putting the phone back to factory settings and it wouldn't do that. Any ideas???
