Can't send pic messages any more and texts I receive come with a message "cannot download message at this time". How can I fix this so I can send and receive my texts again? Everything was working fine prior to today!

I'm having same issue with droid maxx
Within your messaging app, click on the menu and look around at your settings to see if you've limited the number of MMS text messages you can get.
Also, is it always to the same person you can't send MMS or it's to everyone?
The only limit I see is 1000 within a conversation. I cannot send or receive pics to/from anyone
