This is ridiculous. A new phone and it keeps rebooting over and over. To make matters even better I am traveling abroad and essentially have no access to my phone because it just reboots within five minutes or less of start up. I'm also not happy with the service I've received, I need a phone that works no matter where I am. I'm seriously considering moving to a different carrier after this latest Verizon screw up.
I have attempted removing the battery, memory card and sim card. Nothing seems to work or help. I'm in a bad place here in Turkey in serious need of a phone and help from Verizon. We'll see if I keep the service depending on how they react to this.
As for the Tour it appears they released a product without really knowing all the bugs again. Thank you again Verizon.
