FamilyBase

Im on my mother in laws family plan, and she uses FamilyBase. However i don't like that she can block calls on my phone without my permission. I'm an adult and I think it's a little ridiculous. Can customer service unblock numbers for me although I'm just an account member?

You can block and unblock numbers on your account even if you're on a family plan if you want to. You just have to sign in on your phone number and then go to block calls and enter them in. let me know if that helps and I can do a screenshot for you if it if you need more help

If you are an Acct Mgr then you can probably get the blocked number(s) removed. If you are not, you may be SOL.

Consider this situation: how would customer service know that you are an 'adult' and not a teen whose parent has blocked a number on purpose and is their right as a parent. That is the purpose of family base.
