iPhone 6 in UK

Question

I am in London. My iPhone 6 will not connect to any networks. I called and had "Global" enabled before I left the US. Verizon Support phones will not answer a call from Skype, so I am stuck w/o help. Any advise on how to make the iPhone work here?
