I was a customer for 14 years and requested to unlock my phones iPhone 4s' (two of them) and to this day they refuse to help me unlock them so I may use with different carrier. They give me the run around about why they can't unlock them at the Stores and why they refuse to help me in tech support. I paid in full for those phones and I should be allowed to use my phones with other carriers not just Verizon. Who can help me?
