Why can I not make or receive calls? Been paying for service for 2 months and all I can use is my data. Super pissed and can't get anyone from Verizon to help me! I'm about 1 day away from saying screw you and taking my business elsewhere!
Data works all the time yes, when I try to make a call I get a recording
telling me to enter the ten digit phone number again, and when I do it
either repeats itself or says my call cannot be completed at this time.
When people try to call me, all they get is a busy signal

I have a droid ultra, nobody else is having problems. I haven't been able
to make a phone call with the phone in 2 months! The only time it has ever
worked was when I was in MD. I used to at least be able to receive phone
calls. All I can do is text and use my data. I'm sorry but I'm. Or going to
keep paying for this, I've already wasted damn near $100 and ended up
stranded on the aide of the road with no way to CALL for help.
