I did an upgrade to my S5 and now it is moving slow and can't receive text messages. Very hit or miss with miss being the most accurate- please help!
See if a system cache clear helps:
Power down phone
Press/hold volume up and home keys, then press/hold power key
When phone vibrates, release power key
When system recovery menu displays, release volume up/home keys
Use volume keys to navigate to wipe cache partition and press power key to select
Once finished, press power key to reboot system
I did that this morning and it didn't change my problem. Do you have another idea to try?
I did that this morning and nothing changed and still not getting texts messages:( I can't even get my battery to charge and has been plugged in since 8am this morning:(
