It's important to me that you're able to receive all of your calls. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to resolve this wireless issue for you.
When did this problem begin? Is this happening with different incoming calls or numbers or just one in particular?
Let's ensure your Call Forwarding feature is not enabled. You can ensure it's disabled by dialing *73 and press Send. Please keep me posted.
