WHY ARE ALL MY ICONS STUCK IN GIANT MODE??

This morning I took my phone off the charger and the home screen is literally three times larger than it is supposed to be and all of the Icons are huge and the phone is practically UNUSABLE.

Extremely frustrating since I have had this phone barely a month and many times it seems to have a mind of its own!

Alert tones changing, sound on and off, many little idiosyncrasies that do not have an explanation and the resident users and experts say TAKE IT BACK!!!

These are iPhone 5 and 5S users!!!

If you can't get to settings use 3 fingers and double tap the screen to zoom down. Also back up the phone using iTunes then restore as new initially for those other troubles.
