iphone 5c excessive data usage! why am i being charged???

Ever since I upgraded to this ridiculous phone (7 months ago) we have had overages upwards of $250.00 PER MONTH. Verizone sees no problem charging me these crazy fees, while apparently it is a known issue with these phones. who else is having this issue?? I'm talking 25-30 GB of data!

You'd be better off upgrading your data plan vs. Paying overage fees each month.

Have you taken precaution during the 7 months to avoid going over? Killing apps? Turning off cellular data?

Are you streaming any web content? Music? That will rack up the GBs real quickly.

IS your phone recording the same amount of data use as Verizon every billing period?

do you have wifi connections at home to avoid data usage over the cell conection?

wifi is your friend to avoid data usage. Use it wherever and whenever you can.

turn off cell data for all your applications but email.
