LG Enact turning itself off and rebooting by itself

I have an LG Enact and it will sporadically turn itself off and back on. I have done reboots, reset to factory settings and it stopped for a while, but now it's doing it again more often. I was trying to update some apps thru the play store and my phone just froze. Tried to reboot and now it's on a reboot cycle, it wont reboot but will shut off and reboot about every 15 seconds

Are you still experiencing this problem? I am having the same. My bluetooth seems to be involved-I've noticed several times that the phone reboots when I open apps that use the bluetooth connection.

I got a new phone because it wouldn't turn on anymore. Just looped on the

red Verizon screen. I have a droid turbo now and love it

Same issue. I'm on a call. My bluetooth connection is good. Then, while on a phone call, the bluetooth connection is broken, but the call is still live. Then, if I push the button on my headset to reconnect, or while I'm talking on the handset, the bluetooth connection will be reestablished. This is annoying because the connection is broken without any kind of warning.

Now the fun part...

Shortly after the bluetooth connection is reestablished the phone does a power cycle on its own. I've tried this on 2 different headsets. (Plantronics Voyager Legend and a Jawbone JB-TH130) It happens in the car while it is connected to the cars bluetooth too.

I have tried doing a power cycle, battery pull, unpair/pair, checked the task manager, checked the apps manager to see if something rogue was installed, cleared the cache on the internet browser (..you never know..). Took my LG Enact to the Verizon store and they cleared the bluetooth cache. Still nothing. Now, whenever you do try to connect a device, the bluetooth function turns off and on, and off, then back on, and off again, then back on again, then off again... The Verizon store gave me a brand new Plantronics Voyager Legend fresh out the box yesterday (10/27/15). But now I cannot connect any NEW device to the phone.

I did a "hard reset" of the phone (had to first make sure to save all photos, contacts, etc to the cloud). It wipes out all your settings and all content that had been saved, but so far, it seems to have worked. Good luck.
