I have an iPhone 4s. Verizon tell me it's enabled for international roaming. I dial *228 before traveling, but I get "no service" in Brazil & the UK. It works fine in India. Any suggestions? I'd contact Verizon again, but every time I try all agents are busy on both chat & phone.
