I recently got this phone from my sister and now I can't download or update any apps. It keeps telling me that I have insufficient space on the device, however, when I check my storage, it shows I have 21.69GB of free space on my SD card and 120 MB of free space on my phone. I really don't have that many apps on my phone and I've already gone through and deleted multiple apps...not sure what else I can do.

The SD can be used for photos, and other data, but NOT for programs or updates.

Your phone is full.

did you do a factory data reset when you got the phone?

meanwhile....

move pictures and video to SD card and set it has default photo storage.

you can also move documents to SD card.

delete old text messages, they take up space too.

what else is listed as being in internal storage?
