No one hears my voice when I make a call.

Got a new 6 Plus today. When I call someone or someone calls me, they cannot hear me. The ringer is set loud, nothing is covering the speaker. I powered down the phone & restarted it but that didn't work. What's wrong?

Hi cherylmac!  I'm sorry to learn of any audio issues w/your iPhone 6! let's look into this a bit closer, as I'm not showing this to be a known issue with the device. When did it begin? Have you checked the microphone for any dust or debris? Are you having the same issue with headphones or speakerphone?
