micro sd card

a home video and various songs aren't showing up on my wireless device from my micro sd card. what do i need to do to fix this? someone please help

Did you format the card in your phone first?

Did you put the video and music in the my_flix and my_music folders?

Is the video format in .3gp?

Is the music format in .mp3?

Double check these items and let us know.

how do i format the memory card? they are stored in my_flix and my_music. the music was in mp3 format then i converted it to wma when i did that nothing changed. im more concerned about the video than the music to be honest. thank you for replying. hope to hear back soon

If you see the my_music, my_flix, and my_pix folders then your card was formatted already. But you may need to reformat it. You can do this by going into your settings and tools menu and selecting the menu for Memory. You'll find the formatting option in your Memory menu.

Also, you didn't mention what format the video was in? It needs to be in .3gp for the phone to be able to recognize it.

i have the nokia 6205. there is no formatting option in the memory menu under tools and settings. how do i convert the video?
