Can I upload a contacts list from somewhere to my iPhone 5?

Entering individual contacts on the phone seems tedious. Since i switched over from a "flip phone" there was no way to save my contacts via the cloud or Verizon site. I have the contacts on a spread sheet, but thought perhaps I could put them into some form at the computer then load them to the phone. SUGGESTIONS?

Try this. Go to iCloud.com and login. Click on Contacts and then click on the lower right corner (settings icon). Import vCard...

Thanks for that info, but it is not what I am asking.

I was hoping that I could set up my contact list on my computer, then

import it from the computer to my phone.

I just don't know where on the Verizon site (if at all) I might be able to

do that. If not on the Verizon site, what program or format might I use.

The above method lets you import the file from your computer to the iCloud and hence to your phone via iCloud. You can type them into iCloud.com individually and they will appear on your phone as well, however this isn't the best method. I've used the method above a few times to upload multiple contacts at once. The only option on VZW.com I believe it to export from Backup Assistant / VZ Cloud to a CSV file.. which I realize is NOT what your looking to do.
