It should be under Gallery or "Pictures" or something relative of the sort. I don't have an Eris (I only tested it out for a week) so I couldn't exactly tell you.

The native video app is just there. If you go to your gallery, and find a video it will play. Here's the formats that the Eris supports:
MP3, AAC(AAC, AAC+, AAC-LC), AMR-NB, WAV, Ogg Vorbis, MIDI and Windows Media Audio 9
If you need a video player, you can download Video Player from the market.
Open up "album" in your programs...you'll find your vids there.

It stinks - get RockPlayer instead. MoboPlayer works well, EXCEPT it routinely does Force Closes.
