My Droid DNA suddenly stopped playing all videos - YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, etc. I am not missing an update, and Lookout says my phone is free of viruses. Help, please.
Help is here! Lets get those videos working. Did this issue just start? Did you recently update the software? Have you tried to reset the device by powering it off, removing battery and placing it back in? Also does your device have available memory? Share details so that we can better assist!
