My phone is 2 weeks old and would not update/sync this morning, told me I would have to restore. It will not resotre and gives me an error code 17 and 56? I have the latest version of I tunes on my computer and am not sure what to do with this

Does these error codes mean that I have to replace my brand new phone. Should I go into Verizon, or take it straight to Apple???

It's possible there is a problem with the server you are syncing to. I'd wait a bit, try again a little later.
