@using the verizon cloud, how can i back up my itunes purchased music, settings,,what to back up,,,only show contacts, photos,video as options, i phone 5

I can understand your need to backup and safeguard your downloaded content.Music and documents stored on Verizon Cloud can be streamed/accessed by using the Verizon Cloud app on iOS devices, but cannot be backed up from or downloaded to iOS devices.
