when can I get a new phone on the edge program I have already had it over a year and it is constantly messing up.
Is your current phone on Edge? If so, what does your Edge agreement say the amount you have to pay off before you can trade up is? You must have paid off that amount before you can Edge Up. You must also turn in your current Edge phone in good working order with no physical damage or you will simply be billed for the remaining balance on the phone.
Keep in mind, your next Edge phone will have to be paid off completely before you would be eligible to upgrade on Edge again.
