I recently dropped my iPhone, but was relieved when I picked it up and the screen wasn't cracked. However, the screen is completely black. I've tried to turn it off/on, I've tried to hold down the on/off button and the home button at the same time, nothing. It will vibrate intermittently if I plug it in to charge. My question, is this a screen issue, loose cable, can it be fixed? My other question, are my texts on my SIM card? If so, if I purchase a new phone, can I trade out my SIM card and my info/texts/pics etc, transfer to that phone?
