verizon cloud won't sync my pictures or videos and I have already activated my new phone???
You mean you are having trouble importing your stuff onto your new phone?
Log into your Verizon account and go to:
My Verizon>My Device>Back up my contacts (this will take you to the cloud)
From there you can make sure everything was backed up properly.
why is it taking a long time to load on clould from the verizon website???
I'm not sure, try refreshing the page. It usually only takes about 5 to 10 seconds.

I would first like to say congrats on the new phone. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the VZW Cloud though. What exactly happens when you try to sync your information? Were you able to view your Cloud content by logging in on your PC? Do you have other information that is stored in the Cloud that has successfully synced? What make/model device do you have?

yes, I was able to sync my contacts only not my pictures??
