My wife fell on the ice and dropped her phone smashing the screen. The phone seems to still work but nothing shows up on the touch screen other that a few random horizontal lines of pixels every now and then. She hadn't ever backed up any of her pictures to the cloud. Is there any possible way to retrieve the pictures before sending it back? The replacement phone will arrive before she has to send this one back.
