How can I go delete the update and go back to the old android?
Sometimes the updates switch the network setting from LTE/CDMA to Global, you might check that ... also removing/reinserting the SIM card may help.
The update cannot be rolled-back.
there's 3 options on network mode, Global, LTE/CDMA and LET/GSM/UMTS, which one is it supposed to be on?
Thanks for your help!
LTE/CDMA
I updated the network mode to LTE/CDMA, restarted the phone and nothing
So, which helped in this situation: Changing the network setting or removing/reinserting the SIM?
neither
You fixed it! thank you!!!
I still don't understand the solution you found to resolve the issue.

I just finished doing that, still nothing....this is very irritating. Is there something else that can be done? I have a freaking X on top of my bar....and even going outside my office took 3 min after restating the phone to get signal.
I missed the solution.
