Hey my friend is having trouble making calls. This iPhone 4 says he has no service but the phone is active.
If the account is still active then it sounds like the network settings need to be reset. Reset Network Settings Apple iPhone 4 | Verizon Wireless if that doesn't work they need to call into VZW 1-800-922-0204.
