Backup assistant

I lost all of my contacts. I have always backed up every week with back up assistant. I started a Verizon cloud account. Verizon cloud said all my info would transfer directly over to Verizon cloud automatically that didn't happen.

How do I get my contacts back?

You could add your MSN account if possible to the phone. OR, you could go to your MSN email and export your contacts to a file on your PC, then place on your phone and import to your contacts book.

Did you have them backed up to an email account or maybe something like Google or Gmail?

I might have them backed up to my msn account. How do I get them from that?
