Calling and texting to Canada from USA

Is texting unlimited to canada from usa if not how much would it be, also how can you add international calling and texting to your cell phone plan and does adding this service to your plan cost anything?

Texting to Canada is at normal domestic rates. So if you have a bundle it will count towards your allowance, unless  you have unlimited messaging.

Calls are .49 a minute to Canada. If you call frequently you can add the International Value Plan for $3.99/month which brings the rate down to just .09 per minute.
