We have a 15GB data plan to share among 4 people. Three of those phones use less than 1GB of data per month. The fourth phone,however, has used 12 GB of data already this month. Could something be running int the background eating up all this data? I monitor usage closely so I know they're not playing games all day. Not sure what this could be and am really frustrated!
