My new iphone was dead on arrival which meant I was stranded without a phone until the following day. I then had to make a trip to the mall to exchange it for a working one. It was there I decided to go with a black one instead of the white , in which I was forced to pay a $35 "restocking fee". The original phone that was sent was not only defective and causing me to be without service for over 24 hours, but I had to take an entire morning off from work just to make the trip to the closest store in the mall. How does one justify charging a customer having to jump through such hoops $35 to restock a broken phone? Totally unacceptable in my opinion.
