My voice mail had been working on my iPhone 4s, but now it has stopped. When I get a call, the phone keeps ringing and never goes to voice mail. I tried *86. It answers, states it is transferring the call and then drops the call. When I go into voice mail on the phone, I am shown a list of past voice mails and no option to set it up again. How do I get my voice mail to work again? Thank you.
