Everytime, I send a text message, I get a popup, over my keyboards saying, hold to record, release to send. I am only hitting the send button once.
Can anyone help?
The latest update (6.0.2) for Android has fixed this issue.
Same has been happening to me, did it start after you did an update for the app
I guess it auto-updated awhile ago. Tried to uninstall the update and it brings the app down to the stone age. Didn't have a problem until the security update that was pushed out installed.

It's gotta be an (very) annoying bug. Hopefully, they will send out a fix.
My phone shows its up to date, issue is not resolved.
My apps are set to update automatically but this one did not. I just now updated & the error has stopped.
