Windows 10 Phones?

I have recently upgraded from my Lumia Icon to Galaxy S6 Edge. I will tell you that was the worst decision i have ever made. The S6 Edge is a terrible phone with massive specs thats super slow. Is there any chance that Verizon is not going to screw us, and get the new Windows 10 Premium phone? I am taking this S6 Edge back to Verizon to get my Windows Phone re-activated. Thank god i am still in the 14 day grace period.

Verizon and Microsoft ended their partnership a while back, however, I myself am unsure if, when those newer phones are released, like the ATT versions announced, if that partnership might resume.  If it does, then I would expect Windows 10 phones to be available.  How many or which ones...who knows.
