Unable to update the coverage area information on the device. USB 760

Hi all,

 

I am a new user of the USB760.  Overall the device has been working very well.

 

I do get the error shown in the subject line though.

 

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Hi.  I understand you have questions regarding your broadband device and I can certainly look into this for you.   Where do you receive this error message?   Does this happen when you are trying to connect or do you receive the error when you are already connected.
